Summer in the Alps

Summer in the alps is about contrasts. From gentler pastimes of taking in the scenery, enjoying views and exploring the flora and fauna, to more adrenaline inducing pursuits of climbing in its various guises.

The backdrop to these pursuits is one of contrast also, from the warm green scent filled pastures and forests, to the white capped, mountains punctuated with ice blue glaciers and steepling rock spires.

Why not combine your walking or climbing with other activities such as mountain biking, road biking over the cols of the Tour du France, paragliding, or relaxing in one of the many thermal springs.
