Rock Climbing

Chamonix and the surrounding area offer many rock climbing opportunities at all altitudes, from classic multi-pitch granite routes within the Mont Blanc massif or Aiguilles Rouges to the many limestone crags in the Arve valley towards Geneva, over the border in Switzerland and through tunnel into the Aosta valley in Italy.
